Skill for quickly looking up Korean postcodes from addresses using the official ePost road-name search.

Looks up Seoul real-time subway arrival information through a `KSKILL_PROXY_BASE_URL` proxy that wraps the official Seoul Open Data API, so users never handle the upstream OpenAPI key directly.
