Loops to two consecutive passes, then commits a snapshot baseline. Platform-agnostic via a pluggable sensor+gates adapter (web built in; iOS/macOS via a project adapter). Ships the loop skill, the argus-judge agent, the spec/verdict/gate/rubric schemas, six dependency-free deterministic gate scripts, and an adapter-authoring contract.
