Produces a CIO risk memo (opening with a source-cited Deal Snapshot of the headline terms — target return, minimum, fees, lock-up/liquidity — plus industry benchmarking, a three-variant Risk-Radar stress test (equity, credit, and land) against historical and through-cycle norms, an uncertainty map, and a post-close monitoring protocol), sponsor diligence questionnaire, and plain-English summary in Markdown (Word optional on request), and ingests any linked YouTube deal-review video transcript as corroborating evidence. PDF text extraction is cached off the vault so a document is never re-extracted across sessions, and every deliverable carries YAML front matter for Obsidian Bases / Dataview indexing.
