Claude Skills

Office of Claudette, Adriaan's personal assistant. The task skill is the single human interface to the canonical local task store: add, edit, complete, cancel and maintain tasks against the store contract, with full history and logging. Writes only the store and the logs, never Outlook, and never deletes.

The thinking lens. Reasoning and quality skills that strengthen Adriaan's thinking and written executive communication: decision-toolkit (with a scenario stress-test lens), fact-checker and process-interviewer; strategy diagnosis (situation-assessment with a binding-constraint drill-down mode, assumption-audit); market and competitive analysis (market-analysis, competitive-intel); structured choice (issue-tree, hypothesis, strategic-options with trade-off analysis, pricing-strategy, business-case with the resource and investment ask, prioritization, war-gaming); written exec comms (narrative-builder with objection and Q&A prep, decision-memo); and solution-shaper, the full solution-shaping arc (scope, approach, data, build, experience, quality, insights). Housekeeping and navigation for the skill estate itself. skill-finder is the front door: describe a problem and it names the skill or sequence that solves it, reading a maintained estate map. The modernizer is a weekly self-modernising engine that researches current Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, design-system and interactive-presentation capabilities, maintains the capabilities manifest and the estate map, and proposes gated diffs to skills that have gone stale. Plus cross-machine publish and update through the canonical adriaan-toolkits repo (skill-sync) and long-term memory maintenance (memory-maintenance). machine-relay does the same cross-machine job for any other project, not the skill estate itself, through its own dedicated relay repo. The modernizer never auto-applies; every change is gated to Adriaan.

Publishing and hosting for Adriaan's websites. Expert website engineering for Afrihost-hosted sites (afrihost-web-manager): publishing new sites, pushing updates to live sites, and configuring SSL, DNS, email and databases via ClientZone, cPanel or FTP. Pairs with html-builder (which lives in the prompt-master plugin and builds and versions the sites); afrihost-web-manager deploys what html-builder builds. Room to grow further hosting and deployment skills.

The Excel spine. Designs and structures spreadsheet models before formulas are written and builds the analytical engines behind them: model-standards (tab structure, conventions, reference and lookup layer, executive output tabs), scenario-engine (three scenarios, sensitivity and tornado, risk-adjusted value), model-audit (formula audit plus assumption registry, board-ready), dcf-structure, bridge-waterfall, tam-sam-som-model, competitive-benchmarking-grid and portfolio-prioritization-matrix. Calls the xlsx engine for the actual build; thinking-toolkit and execution-toolkit reference it for numbers.

The communication lens. Visual production and deck craft: interactive HTML infographics via infographic-builder, PowerPoint with QA via pptx-build-with-qa (narrowed to high-stakes, brand and merge work), images and video via higgsfield-creative-director, and deck-craft, one skill carrying the full consulting deck method across Story (governing question, storyline, SCQA, action titles), Exhibits (exhibit selection, chart to message, framework slides, callouts), Page (layout craft, design discipline, executive summary slide) and Gate (deck QA), with before-and-after redesign as a named recipe. Default deck output is interactive HTML first, PowerPoint on request.

Meetings and shared knowledge. Chair-ready minutes from a corrected transcript and register (meeting-secretary), context-correction of raw Microsoft Teams transcripts (transcription-correction), and the STANLIB terminology lexicon (lexicon). General-purpose across personal and work use; lexicon and transcription-correction are work-context skills. Moved intact from everyday-toolkit.

Adriaan's STANLIB-specific work in one plugin. Programme delivery governance for the Aladdin Delta programme: audit-grade status report synthesis, hard-mode war-room reasoning, pre-mortem analysis, a SteerCo-ready PowerPoint deck, and a SteerCo interactive infographic and live operational view that can also emit a Claude Design brief.
