What it does

Cross-model council via your self-hosted LiteLLM proxy (Node-based, no MCP). Run /litellm-council:setup once (or set LITELLM_BASE_URL / LITELLM_API_KEY / LITELLM_COUNCIL_MODELS), then :second-opinion (review the current diff), :ask (any question), :debate (two rounds where models see each other's answers), or :models (browse the proxy's live catalog and re-pick the council).
